Looking for Free Phpbb Board

Hi, I am looking for a free phpbb board service that I can use for a RPG game I am setting up.

I need:
FTP access
MySQL
Ability to install mods/hacks [some services I have seen doesn't allow this]
Ability to change styles [Again some services I have seen doesn't allow this]

Any help would be most appreciated.

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for. But we have phpBB installed on all of our servers so you can have it generically setup in about 2 minutes. It is free with all packages. As for the styles, Mods, Hacks and templates we actually do all the "dirty" work for you so you will not need FTP either
All you need to do is to FIND the hack or mod.

OR you can just sign up for a fully modded one
