low resource free web host

hi im creating a website for a uni assignment and i was wondering if anyone knows of a free hosting cmpany that would give me between 2-5 sql databases 20-30mb and erm i dunno 200mb of bandwidth
it also needs to be able to do php (and also if possible asp aswel but i wont be using asp for like a year or 2 so by then i might have upgraded to paid hosting)
and also preferably no pop ups or banner ads although i dont mind doing like a link and/or a button to the hosts site

Sign up for hosting using the online form and mention Dev Shed in the "Other Comments" box for a free 10 MB account. You can choose a yourname.sizzly.com subdomain if you wish.

This includes all of the features of our normal hosting plans, including PHP, MySQL, and FTP.

You can easily negotiate for more free space by putting a button or ad on your site.
