Andrew, my guess would be to edit the overall_header.tpl and the overall_footer.tpl. I think phphosting.org has the code that you have to insert to use their hosting if you want to check out there.

The report was forwarded from CPanel at navlemhosting just before it died. I think it originated from abovenet but I'm not sure.

yes to add Google Adsense Code you need to Edit
templates/Your_Template_Name/overall_header.tpl (if you want to add the banner on the top)
OR
templates/Your_Template_Name/overall_footer.tpl (if you want to add the banner on the bottom)

i had it on my own forum (When my site was up *sob* )
