because our site is beyond Bandwidth Limit,URL a site about studying english and graphic design,our site need free hosting with these feathers,

I was on MSN with leeful and he said he had problems with his site on my server because his school blocked international IP addresses....
And that he found a local company but it only restricted him to 500mb of Bandwidth ( yeeks....)

Would this be affecting you at all? This was issued friday or saturday I think.

He was talking about fibre lines cut and not your servers......
If suddenly the major connection lines got cut, even the fastest machines will start to lag because of the large packet transfers and collisions that will happen along the lines.

Anywhere did you see the report from? I got a few people complaining that they can't log into my servers when I was able to do it from my side....
