MySQL Hosting for WebHelp Page

Hello,
I am RiW, one of the admins over at WebHelp (http://webhelp.freeunixhost.com <<Temporary Host). Our temporary host was meant to be the permenant host, but it has horrible problems with the MySQL Databases. Every time you try to visit anything on the forums, it gives you a MySQL error, which is obviously un-desired.
WebHelp Needs:
~150< WebSpace
~1.5Gig< Bandwidth
~1<MySQL Database
~PHP
~FTP Access (Preferrebly 5 accounts, one per admin)
~Nothing too overwhelming in the sense of ads... its not that we wont put them up though.

We would like the hosting asap... since we've just finished the mainpage, and now want a host for it, so we can begin growing.

Anyone able to do this, and help me out?

For tis request "ABSOLUTELY NO ADS" you may find it hard to get anyone to sponsor you....

I agree, what do you expect the host to get in return for hosting your site 100% free?

Yeah thats true... anyway im not the top admin so I didnt make that decision. The rest of the admins agreed that we would accept ads... just nothing overwhelming... and i dont even know any hosts that go that far.

We have instant forums that you can sign up on, OR if your forum is alread running with a lot of users we can help you port them over.
We request a Banner at the ToP and Bottom of the site is that OK?
