Need a Free Host for my phpBB - low requirements.

Dear sirs/madams,

I'm looking for some free webspace to host a phpBB forum.

I need at least:

30mb webspace
2 GB of Bandwich pm
1 Mysql database
Ftp access for uploading templates e.c.t.
With or without domain hosting.. (a subdomain will do and i'll forward my domain to that)

P.S... i feel really cheeky asking for freespace, i know it might seem like im a tight git lol.. but i have no idea if my forum idea will take off.
