Try installing Apache2Trial on your PC and you can run it like a webserver.

Just learn?

Try use Appserv (a kind of easy AMP Apache-MySQL-PHP without Linux). If you can push 'Next' button, and have your own PC, so this is suite to you . It's more stable than FoxServ (as far I know..).

Download it at http://www.appservnetwork.com. Better you choose the one with PHP4, since PHP5 is not quite stable yet. But it's up to you .
