Need a free php host! with no ad

Ok i know that this has been posted a thousand tyme, buh i seriously cant find any! I look through pretty much everything, and either da links r dead, or dere's no free hosting at the tyme, you have to show ur site ( I dont have a site running now, buh I'm not dat bad of a designer). So please if some one could help me find a free host, it wud be great!

I need:
-over 25 mb
- FTP
-support php
-NO Ads (espescially no banners, I wudn't mind if dere were few pop ups,but not too much)
- A good amount of bandwidth
- No mysql is needed it, but if it comes with da package it wud be great
- A good stable host, and da up-time sould be at least a little decent.

What the site would be about:
A Soap Opera (Days, Y&R, Pass, Gh, etc) link directory. And it would all be in english

What the host gets:
-Willing to put a text link, or a small button
- No mp3s

Nothing too much, so jus to sum it up, I am in desperate need of hosting with php, lolzz, and a decent one. Please dont give me dhost, because i signed up and my ftp for sum reason is not working. I also dont want tripod. Thx
