Need a Perl/PHP server
I need a PHP server where the php.ini is set to allow uploads of 10 megabytes. I plan on using it for the upload section of my site.

If I can't find one with the edited php.ini then I will have to try and go with perl/cgi (but I don't have any work in that).

Any help will be greatly apeciated.

I'd go with a paid host, but I'm only 15 and can't afford hosts (plus I have no credit card)
