need Free web hosting again

Hey k I already have a hosting provided by 100webhosting.com, but I'm getting really sick of it, it's soo annoying, it's download like every other day, and it's down today, i can't view my page, nor can i log into my ftp, so I would like to request for free webhosting until i'm able to pay for hosting myself.

I need:

150mb or +
php
cgi bin
1 mysql
subdomain is fine with me
NO ADs please! (But i could do a text link on the menu frame, it would pretty much be on every page)
FTP
Control panel (but if no i'm ok with it as long as there is FTP i'm fine)
Around 1-2 gb
If there's any pre-installed script it would be great, lik coppermine (the image gallery).

Sorry I'm asking a lot but if anyone could help me that it would be great. Another please I can't do any forum posting for the free hosting, i hardly have time, and every free time I have on the comp will probably be spend making the site.

I'd try out 000k... It might not have enough space, but it might. No ads, and everything else you want is there. And there are options for getting more space for free, as well.
