Need Free Webhosting
I need:

-100+ MG of space
-5gigs of bandwidth
-Cpanel
-PHP support
-1 mySQL database
-I have a .info domain name
-FTP SUPPORT
-FAST Server and connection
-if possible pop email?

No Ads or a small text link like Hosted BY _________ or 30 words or less or aa small banner 86x127

well i would like it for my own personal blog and my parents site (see they are a travel company)
and i am 13 so i have no credit card and i have no money well i do have paypal but i have no money in my banck account

Well they don't have a website so i volenteered to help there site.

Well it sounds familliar because i had a host with you but for some reason it stopped working i tryed to contact you on msn but you were never online

I think maybe your site was pruned because of TOS violation.
Anyway for help support you should have gone to the help forums....

well first it started to redirect to a d1s.galacvalley.com
and after 5 min it was back up but AGAIN after 1 min it went back to d1.galacvalley.com

It means if you are willing to host a uni.cc domain.
Some host refuse to host domains such as uni.cc or .tk
