You have one website but you want to install 3 different CMS programs and 3 different forums programs??? (PHPNuke, Post Nuke, Xoops, phpBB,IPB, vBulletin)
Isn't that a waste of resources??
Anyway vBulletin is a paid software each installation needs a lisence. Do you have one?

Necron I understand your situation....
People are already providing their services for you free and all they ask for is a banner or maybe a link, but overly abusing and being picky on what is already offered would get you no where.

Jumping from host to host would not get you a better deal as you need to understand and work with a long tern hosting partner to get your site up and stable.
Any free hosting company that find out that you "host-hop" would think twice before hosting you again.

Things like
"I can't get XXX program to run on your server"
"I don't know how to Add those Banners"
"I am trying out stuff"

Could be easily resolved if you would take the time to email or post a help thread on their support forums OR just install Apache and PHP on your home PC and run test before you upload your stuff....

Set up your account and You have done nothing with it...
This is why most hosts dont like to give Away Free Hosting.
Please send me a PM if You still want the hosting.

@ Other Hosts ..... Dont you just hate this happening You set up Hosting (FREE)
And then they dont use it
Oh well maybe i keep away from giving free hosting from now on !

That happens a lof of times. Just have to monitor your hosted sites more often
At least not using does not "kill" your server. Some are even worse... load every single thing they can find on your server and then request for more when they can't even seem to get any of the other things they instaled working or at least delete them....

Just suspend their sites if you find them not using or not going with your terms and conditions. If after a week they don't get back to you on why their site is suspended just delete the site off and mark this user on the blacklist.
