Need hosting...

Hello, I know this is probally impossible to get for free... But I am willing to ask.. The following is a "rough idea" of what I need.

Atleast 200MB
Atleast 10GB Transfer
PHP
2 Mysql Databases
FTP Upload

And also, if anyone can't find/doesn't know where I can get this, I am willing to pay about 10$/month paid monthly, not yearly.....

maybe try host-us.net? they have very good hosting for just 50 posts in their forum. I think it is your best bet and you can upgrade for posts. so that could get you enough bandwidth.
