NeeD Resonable Webhost, I got own domain and my Internet sucks to badly to host :P

I would like to know if anyone knows any good FREE web site hositng deals or whatever which are free-
Specs which i need are (can change depending)

-30mb hosting space // or more

-800MB to 1GB bandwidth // or more.... Duh More the better

-FTP uploading // or http if you can upload more then 1 file at a time

-Domain can be aslong as it wants!!! I have my own domain (strydern.com) and can forward. Thnx to GoDADDY [edit] Zoneedit

-I dont care about PHP or MYSQl, or emails. All i have is HTML with some CSS i thikn (used frontpage, no its not that evil when u use it properly) but anything extra will be fine

-No Ads - No popups or banners. However i am willing to put a logo of the person's company (70-90 pixels wide) under affilites link which is on the main page. Yes, im not that cheap except when comes to paying money ^__^ casue im 14

[edit] PS. I need a host becasue my dsl (256/64k) dosent let people view any of my html files. dont know why just dosent. Cant even open port 80, its always on stealth.
