Need stable hosting for phpBB 2.0.10

My requirements:

-No monthly bandwidth limit
-MySQL 4.x database
-full FTP access via personal client (Filezilla)
-minimum 500 MB disk space

This is for the hosting of an evolving roleplay/webdesign community. Advertisements are already disabled in my browser, and those of most of the members, but unobtrusive on-page ads (such as small banners in the bottom right corner or footer links) with relevant content would actually be appreciated.

Edit: Never post these thing with little sleep ...5 gigs...

There should actually be two databases on the site, one for the public forums and one for the staff-only development/test forums.

Pardon - pop-up advertisements have been disabled. As I said, unobtrusive on-page ads (such as small banners in the bottom right corner or footer links) with relevant content would actually be appreciated. Perhaps one header banner...but, as we are switching to IntegraMod there is an entire section of the site devoted to links, with banners included, which I already plan on using to promote various sites I have found useful such as phpBB.com

I looked over SHroogle's package, but they are (understandably) only interested in pre-existing communities. This is development space for a new community, and as such I didn't qualify.

Also, a limitted 15 days for setup...as it is for developing technology, I would need unrestricted FTP access. That, more than anything else, is why I need unlimitted bandwidth. Bad enough when a forum exceeds its monthly bandwidth limit - but to have to halt the forum and the work being put into it... Nah.

-250 MB hard disk space (with option to expand as needed)
-2 MySQL 4.x databases

Yes, that was me...I have actually registered already but I would need to do a fresh install in any case.
