New Free Web Host Needed

My and my Friend's Website, darkforge.net, was hosted by one of my friends in charge of a hosing company. Which is now merging with another company which doesn't support free hosting of any sort, even for thier staff members. Dark Forge is starting to grow, but its account is supposed to be terminated in 5 to 8 days from today. I am in need of a free host that can replace what i have (I already know i can't get as good as unlimited everything )

What i would prefer to have is:

150 MB - 2 GB Space
2 GB - 10 GB BW
PHP+MySQL Support
10+ FTP Accounts
20+ POP Email Accounts
cPanel
*WHM would be nice since multiple ppl will be trying to manage the website, but thiers only 1 cPanel, WHM would only be used as a backup if some1 tries to do something with site that can't be fixed that easily.
10+ Sub-Domains
Only 1 Domain, no addons or parked.
WebMail (of course)
.htaccess support
HotLink Protection
ChatRoom
PHPmyChat
10+ MySQL Databases

Thats all I can think of. I don't have much time to swich. Any Help would be appreciated.
