PHP / MySql hosting needed

Hello!

Well, I searched for about one month for a free webhoster but I just can't find any good hoster. Maybe someone could help me out. I need it only for my personal website where I demonstrate my self-made open source PHP-Scripts and if someone want them he can download it. I also have a forum to support my scripts and for general discussion.
You can take a look at my site but it's not constantly online because it's on my own pc and it's in two languages (german, english): URL

Requirements:

100+ MB Webspace
5+ GB Traffic
2+ MySql Databases (but without a limit of 2 MB for example...)
PHP
FTP-Upload
Unlimited Filesize (or at least 10 MB)
No Ads, No forum posting
CronJobs would be nice for the forum newsfeed but it's not necessarily.
1+ E-Mail would be nice
CPanel or something similar

I already got a domain as you can see.

i require the same exept i dont have a domain and will use either URL but would prefer thehyrulecastle.domain.com
