I am in need of free hosting (no set up costs or other charges)
-at least 1 mysql db
-php support(up to date version)
-apache web server
-sendmail
-preferably no banners (if any: text links, buttons or pop ups only)
-ftp access
-subdomain name
-cpannel (*optional*)
-reliable and 99.9% uptime

i am looking to run a forum it is a forum for a community that me and a friend want to build for our school club. Thanks for all your help.

I highly recommend URL.
They offer as much space as you want and 1 mysql database to host a board.
