Request for Free Web Hosting
I would like to request for some free web hosting. I am not asking for a great deal of space, bandwidth and resources.

If webspace was to be given i plan to use it for a forum and a blog.

My maximum specification is below:

100-150mb space
200-500mb bandwidth
cgi, php,
2 my sql
cpanel, if possible to offer
a subdomain because i am new person on the web hosting area and need myname.someonesdomain.com

No we do not offer cPanel for free hosting members. Sub-domain are on conditional basis.
