Requesting Free Hosting?
This is a tip to those requesting free hosting.
When you come to this forum to request free hosting, you are asking established businesses to provide you with free services(The Obvious) With very little in return. Some of you like to make out ragous requests for free service, or refuse to provide any back links to us.
This is all I ask in return for providing free service to you.
-You must provide a text link back to me at the bottom of every page
-You must include a banner for my company in your banner rotation.
Thats it. Its not hard, and it costs you NOTHING. Those of you who refuse to provide any back links and the such, look at how many views and replies your posts get, compared to the number of posts those who offer links get.
Us providing free hosting to you, needs to be mutually beneficial for both parties involved.
Here's an example. If you walk into a store and ask for something for free, such as a video game, TV, DVD Player, Computer, etc... The stores going to ask "Whats in it for me" If you say nothing, they'll tell you to get lost. But, if you build a business case and describe what the product will be used for, and what kind of benefits(advertising rights, sponsorship, etc...) they will get, you have a better chance of scoring. This example is common in the LAN Party industry. You want something for free, which helps promote that companies product to a target audience.
Again, all we ask in return is a link back to our sites. This completes the mutually beneficial part of the deal.
And yes, I do provide free hosting to people, if they meet the above requirements
