Seekin´ host

Im seeking a host that can provide me with 400mb+ of storage and with good bandwidth, i havent used phpnuke before so i dont know how much i would need, but at my old forum i had 100 members, which 35 of them came in frequently like 5 times a day. As i said i need php and mysql support for my phpnuke and phpbb2 posrtal and forum. I would also appreciate cpanel and one or more ftp accounts.
I dont like banner ads, they will ruin my clean design, but i can manage to have some textlinks and pop ups. I dont want to post x posts in different forums to get it and i dont like galacnet, i have already tested that...thay have too much **** lyin around at the top and bottom. i dont mind if i get nameofmysite.nameofthecompanyoryoursite.com thats not anoying. plz answer i really need it cuz my old host has about 50%uptime and a really slow connection....its my friends..and he has sold the server so i would like a reliable host with more than 50% uptime, like 99.9% that some say.
