this is the olny / last resort for finding a free shell this is the olny place i can think of remaining all it needs is about 10 backround process and about 50megs of space please hear my plead and give me a linux shell account for free

I don't think you will find too many places that will let you run 10 background processes.

What are you going to be using the shell account for? What are those 10 background processes?

IRC server and bots, don't think you will find many takers. IRC servers are quite often the target of script kiddie DOS attacks. They also chew up the brandwidth pretty quick, it may only be text but it adds up quick.

I know a few people who have servers online (I have one myself) but won't give out shell accounts for this sort of reason.
