Trying to find hosting...

Hi, I am searching for a hosting to build a site where you can find pictures of parties and of friend at my country, Uruguay.
I haven´t build the site yet. I would need at least 2 months so as to create the entire web and make it popular. If it doesn´t success you can stop the hosting.

I was searching for:

At least 75 Mb Disk Space
MySQL
PHP
High bandwidth

And nothing else...
