WAP hosting
Basically, any web server at all can do WAP content hosting. The only thing it needs is the correct MIME type, which is usually pre-configured on most servers. It needs to have these lines:
Code:
image/vnd.wap.wbmp wbmp
and:
Code:
text/vnd.wap.wml wml
Any free WAP hosting place should have this, unless they are banning it because they can't sell ads on it.
If you want to really create a WAP site you need to go with a hosting company that has Wireless-Enabled Hosting(tm). There are some that are cheap, although no free ones (yet). Maybe someone out there wants to start a free ad-supported one?
