Hello,

I can recommend a free Invision Power hosting which has a subdomain(yourforum.forumer.com) and three other URL's(yourforum.tt.cx, yourforum.x.am, yourforum.999.org). It has Unlimited Bandwidth, Unlimited Space and im sorry, it does not allow FTP Access(None of the free forum host's i know of gives FTP access). It has great support(I got answer in 15 minutes) and a forum monetary feature in its support forum which can be used for ad-removal. There is also a modification center with IPB and PHPBB Modifications.
I have used lots of free forum hosting and i think forumeris the best
