--enable-ftp in PHP 4.3.6
Hi,
I am somewhat of a novice with this. I need to enable ftp in php and the only information i can find is as follows: In order to use FTP functions with your PHP configuration, you should add the --enable-ftp option when installing PHP 4 or --with-ftp when using PHP 3. The windows version of PHP has built in support for this extension. You do not need to load any additional extension in order to use these functions. I am running windows xp OS, apache 2.0.49, php 4.3.6 and mysql. i have already installed php and do not know how to enable the ftp function. where would i put this command. and do i have to enable anything in apache. any help would be appreciated. thanks |
