Allowing others to view files over web browser using ftp without a login

I want to be able to share files with other people using ftp, such that they are able to go to an ftp domain and view the files without logging in.

You should enable Anonymous user from the servers while, login into the FTP you do not require access details. You can simply login using anonymous username, do not require password while login into the FTP.

Kindly note that, all the people can login into the FTP using anonymous username from any where.

You could simply create a subdomain, for example files.yourdomainname.com and place the files you want to share there, but leave out the Index.html or Index.php files so when someone navigates in there browser to that domain all they will see is INDEX OF and a list of the files to which they will be able to download without logging in. PLEASE NOTE: this will function but this is not a very secure method of file sharing, all people going there will have access which is never good.
