Can I host a Counter-Strike server off of my ftp?
I have hosting, through a reseller, I was just wondering, if there is anyway, that I could run my CS server off of there, for now, I am uploading all of the files onto there, and i want to see the turnout. Just wondering.

Only if you have SSH access, and are allowed to do so by your hosting provider.

i have a server, but wat do i need to host a counter strike server
i have a server, wat do i need to host a counter strike server...... how much space, bandwidthand wat orograms or files etc...

You need SSH and permission from your provider, without it it won't work.

Your giving us to little information!

You have a server? or u have a provider's space?
If you have your own server what connection do you have?
What kind of hardware does your server have?
Are your routers ports open (specific ones)
Do you have ssh?
is it ok with your provider?

Thats a start

The cs server on ftp
