Can't connect to remote server

Hi There,

I have encounter a problem on my ftp server. I always get an error "Can't connect to remote server. Socket error = #10060" for connecting to my ftp server. I have try to login locally and it's work. Therefore, I guess the problem is in WS_FTP Server config.

Here is my system environment:

Internet Connection:
ADSL 6MB

Router:
PCI BRL-04fxp
- Port Forward: port 21, 20 to server ip 192.168.1.1
- DYN DNS: DYNDNS.org

Server:
Windows 2000 Advance Server
- IIS start
- build-in FTP Service (not install)
- WS_FTP Server 4.02 Installed (Passive mode)
- No Firewall install

FTP Client
- WS_FTP Client
- CuteFTP Client

Thanks for the help!
