Question can't open a file in WinScp (SSH Session)

Hello,

I have a cgi script that I need to chmod 0755. In the past, I have set chmod 0755 for a (config.inc file contained in a phpmyadmin folder) and it worked fine. But now, for some reason, when in WinScp, I right-click on the cgi-bin folder that contains the cgi script that I want to edit, WinScp will not let me open or edit it or any other folder on my remote server.....there are however files not in folders that I can open.......I just can't open anything that is in a folder on the remote server......those are the folders I need to open.

Thank you
