Connectiong but not seeing folders or files

I am new to this forum and want to thank you in advance for any help you can offer me.

Here is the log that I just got from SmartFTP that I am hoping can help someone help me unlock the mystery as to why I cannot view the directories and files on my client's server.

[15:53:05] 500 Invalid PORT Command.
-------------------------

I have been able to connect to their server via remote desktop, they added my IP to thier firewall. I can connect with Dreamweaver, but not see directories and files. I cannot connect via IE, it appears to connect, but then denies me the folders and files.

I ftp all the time to other sites, at 3 different ISPs, so i know i can do it, I'm just having issues with this company, and of course it's a rush job that i cannot rush to.

Thank you again!!!!!!!

Steffany

Try again without passtive ftp ticked (i'm not sure where this is in Smart FTP, but in ie it's under tools, advanced).

I'm no expert here, but that's certainly worth a try until you get some better advice!

Good Luck,

James
