Free FTP with manual CHMOD

Anyone kno any freeware FTP clients which allow you to manually CHMOD certain files???

SmartFTP was only an example (my favourite GUI FTP client). Virtually any client has chmod functionality.

This topic should go to the Lounge, as it has nothing to do with HTML or Javascript.

That's SCP, not FTP. Two entirely different things.
