Exclamation FTP Browsing

Ok my ftp is running great only one problem. am using linux (college linux) running proftp and i wanted to know how or what to change onthe proftpd.config so it lets the users brows their home dir and what they create and not go up into other folder.

for example i made a user "test1"

ftp://www.testsite.com

they log in and if using ftp they can go up a directory. looking at the linux files

if their home dir is

/home/test1

they can go to /home and look at the files

like other ppl that i have

any help will be greatly apreciated!
