FTP error 0
I am running HPUX 11.00 and when I try to sftp (sockified ftp) to a web site out side my firewall as a user I get error 0 failed to connect to server. However I can sftp to the same site as root. Which is weired. SO then I chmod 777 the sftp file su - as the user and I still could not sftp to the site again I get the eroor 0 could not connect to server. SO what is error 0 ??? any help would be greatly apreatiated.
