FTP from Domino's Lotus Notes to Mainframe

Hi,
I am looking for help in order to transfer a file from Lotus Notes server to mainframe server. Specifically, I am also looking for FTP with various options , as the file that I am trying to transfer has a JCL code, that needs to be executed as soon as the file is FTPed to mainframe. From Unix, SITE FILETYPE=JES helps in getting this accomplished.

Would really appreciate, if someone can please assist by providing the various options to use in FTP, when transferring a file from Lotus Notes to Mainframe server.
