The File will be transferred to PHD through the same route as the invoice information.
The Command/script must be scheduled on the special server and check the $APPLCSF/out/Transfer for o<reqno>.out files.
The Payroll file will be deleted from the $APPLCSF/out directory.
The script ust zip and transfer the file to PHD.
The script file will placed in an Archive Directory on the server AFTER transfer.
This Archive Directory will be in subdirectory/arc, below the $APPLCSF/out directory.
The script will generate an e-mail providing information about the file transmitted which will be sent as confirmation to xxx and xxx. The E-Mail addresses specified by xxx are:

Hi, welcome to the forums...

To be honest, I find your post rather annoying: the poll is useless, you're giving an enormous 'whish-list' which I take you want other people to make for you and the result should be sent to your email (thus other people searching the forum won't get to see it...). I hope i see this wrong but somehow I doubt it....

As to your 'problem', you've defined some sub-problems... try to solve them individually by reading the manual and searching this forum... if you, while doing that, encounter problems you can ask for help (while posting your results/resources so far...)

Tip: the sticky about how to post a question

Regards

PS. I fyou want somebody to do it for you this forum has another section: 'hire a programmer'
