FTP Server - mapped Network drives

Hi all, I'm new in here..

Would like some help about FTP servers. I'm running a server machine with old Chameleon FTP server software. Unix and other misc apps connect to the FTP server to transfer files to other localities on the network.

Our problems are

1) That the server software is going to be upgraded from 2000 server to 2008 server (windows)

2) The FTP server accesses mapped network drives, we now need a software that accesses both mapped network drives and also UNC's such as \\server-name\shared-resource-pathname

Can anyone help or give advice please? Maybe suggest FTP server software we could run.
