I need a site where I can FTp through a broswer.
I am at university and the firewall stops all FTP programs. I am currently using http://www2ftp.de but its all in German and I cannot understand any of it. Jake |

Why do you think the uni have blocked all ftp ports?

Because FTp programs don't work.
And they told me, why can you think of a work around, I have tried loads I have also asked my uni and they say they cannot help just that I should use a browser based FTP program. |

What I meant was: the uni have ftp ports blocked for a reason. To stop ftp apps from functioning, so you can't use them.
If all you need to do is upload a site, just contact your admins and tell them. If they're any good, they'll do it for you. |

try googling "web based ftp" there are a few php solutions (you may have restrictions to 2MB depending on yoru webhost) or a java applet that is free that works really well and you dont have the file restriction issue with it.
