having virtual user and local user logn in on vsftpd

hi 2 all ,

I'm trying to install vsftpd as ftp server on my RedHat9.0.

I did the settings and configurations as they were explained in

its official site .

The first thing that I like to know is that if I can configure vsftpd

in a way that both local_users and virtual_users can login but

virtual_users get jailed in to "/home/ftpsite" and local_users

get jailed in their home directory.

any clue ?

tnx + rgds
