MGET Do not read files currently being written

I am doing a mget to pick up files, Is there away to not read files that are currently being written

maybe modifying the way you write new files is the way to do this. You can write them to a seperate folder and then move them here when you are done writing them. Move is very quick on most operating systems if the source and destination files are on the same volume.
