Simple FTP user Interface

Hi all,

I run a radio station and i have a FTP server set up for all the remote DJ's this allows us to upload, share and calibrate on files, however some people just cant get on with ftp software such as filezilla. What i am after is a simple user interface like (microsoft home server) but php based where users can just login to view folders and files and upload and download. It must be really user friendly.
