Specific Folder Permissions

My FTP Server Has about 12 users. I am using Server 2008 FTP server. I would like to set up main permissions on the folders to deny everyone axcept the specific user to that folder. Then when I add a new user, I can quickly go into their security settings and let only them into that folder and no one else into theirs and them into no one else. Just looking for an easy way for this once setup is complete.

I hope this makes sense, I tried searching the forum, but couldn't find anything.
