Strange FTP problem
People,
It might be a silly question, but lately I've been having this strange FTP problem. When I transfer files to the server, they sometimes get mixed up. Because those files are mainly HTML and pictures, I can see the result very easy. In HTML files some of the code gets scrabled. With the pictures, it's probably the same, but this results in strange lines through the pictures, some parts shifting or completely different colors. I've already figured out that it has to do something with the FTP-transfer, but what? Are there different ways to make an FTP transfer? |

Text or html should really be upoaded as ASCII, pictures as BINARY. Depends on your FTP client, but most should be able to handle this automatically.
