transfering directory through FTP
hi i want to transfer a directory to a linux machine.....
c:\ftp user... password... ftp> ftp>bi ....... ftp>mput directory_name here i am getting error generally i transfer files in this way.... is it not valid for directory?? how can i transfer a directory ??
