uploading chinese text
i'm having difficulty uploading chinese webpages that i created with dreamweaver. i can view the characters perfectly when testing the pages through my browser while they are on my system. however, once i upload them to the server using ws_ftp the simplified chinese text becomes nonsense. i can't seem to find any answers - please help me!!
