vsftpd trouble

vsftpd trouble
Iīm really pleased with vsftp, itīs fast easy to configure,
my only trouble is when I try to use it remotely.
My vsftpd server is a RedHat 9 "Redwall" distro and itīs
behind a linksys (wired) router.

I only connect to it if I put the Public IP address
in the vsftpd.conf -> pasv_address=x.x.x.x

any hint ?
