Vsftpd umask execute bit
I am wanting to make every file created be 776 however, with vsftpd and many other ftp demons they don't let there be an execute bit be set. They make the default be 666 then you use umask from there. So there is no way to get make a file executible as soon as it is uploaded.
I can't seem to find a true fix for this inside of vsftpd. So does anyone know of any other way to get to it with other methods? |
