what does this statement mean

when logging in to my host with FlashFXP i see the login progress scroll by in the statements window. Normally the text being displayed is green (means ok) but this time there is one purple colored sentence between it:

Code:
REST 100
350 Restarting at 100. Send STORE or RETRIEVE to initiate transfer.
REST 0
350 Restarting at 0. Send STORE or RETRIEVE to initiate transfer.
PWD
(debug) FDFTP2 BUSY EXEC CMD!! - Jumping out
257 "/" is current directory.
TYPE A
200 Type set to A.

Since ive got some crazy trouble with my hosting (made a thread about it in apache forum) im alert to anything out of the ordinary. What does this statement mean?
