Where can I find a GOOD FTP site to download RH-Linux?
Where would I be able to download Red Hat Linux v7.*(Or 8.0)(With Source Code), A GOOD Almost always uptime site... And a half decent connection.. like... 80KB/sec at least!
Thank you in advance!

http://www.redhat.com/mirrors
I got redhat 7.3 when it was first released at over 215K/sec constantly for an afternoon ![]() Try them all and don't forget to try the ftp.redhat.com site, I found that really fast too! ![]()

Most of these are only like... 30 KB/sec... Someone should get a bunch of servers around the world... And Use Load Balancing with DNS... So it would be alot quicker...

Sure. I'll get right on it. Can you send a couple grand a month for the bandwidth?
I find that I always get the best download rates from .edu domains, universities by and large have huge pipes. |

No, they don't. They might say they do, but if you're trying to host an ISO mirror you'll get booted immediately. How many web hosting accounts have you set up? Reliable, plentiful bandwidth is expensive, no matter how you cut it, especially when you get to huge bandwidth hogs like 3 CD downloads.

most hosts are "unmetered" bandwidth, but it usualy meens you only get about 5gb of bandwidth. :P
