Help needed by newbie

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to create a site that is similar to FreeRice.com

The problem is, I don't really know much about coding, programming...etc So I need some help.

I was hoping you guys could answer the following questions:
What kind of code are they using to program their game?
What would be the easiest and cheapest way to create a game like theirs.

I really appreciate any help that you guys can provide!!!

Thanks in advance!

-SavetheWorld

now that i have more time

what you need to learn/use to create this is
- web server (IIS or Apache)
- a database where you store the questions and answers. (MySql, MSSQL etc.)
- server side language (php, asp (.NET) etc) to get the data from database
- html and css

only thing you should pay for is a webhost that would include all thing.
